About Jason Sydney

Jason's love of real estate arose from his interest in the concept of "home". He appreciates architecture and design, but what he enjoys most is coming to understand all the special nuances that go into making a home feel complete for his clients. Available 24/7, Jason recognizes that whether it be a new buyer or a seasoned pro, his clients appreciate his concise candor in the home buying process.

Able to win in multiple offer environments, Jason provides guidance to his clients in ways only an experienced negotiator can. His experience working in the multi-landscaped Los Angeles area has provided him with a deep knowledge of the inspection process, from permits and hillsides to specialty inspections. And with a comprehensive understanding of the loan process, he is able to provide his clients with a smooth path to a successful closing.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys meditating with his wife and two cats, riding his motorcycle along Mulholland Drive, and traveling adventures.

He is also an IATSE Local 871 member.
