Jay's multi-faceted international background, business acumen and creative mindset make him a true forerunner in the industry. Before making the move to Los Angeles ten years ago, Jay lived and traveled over four continents, and speaks French and Spanish fluently. Prior to being invited to join Compass in 2014 (formerly John Aaroe Group,) he took on - early on in his real estate career - team leader roles at two top producing firms, upholding the utmost standards of communication and service for clients. Armed with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance with a minor in Civil Engineering, Jay conducts a logical and calculated approach when analyzing properties and clients' needs, and understands the importance of providing a thorough and true market analysis to sellers and buyers in order to maximize their investment.
