"Mary Ann helped us buy a in a tough market. Spring of '13 had tight inventories and rising prices. She was able to negotiate a winning offer on a short sale with multiple bids. She constantly communicated the complicated process of buying a distressed property. When the bank approved the short sale at a price higher than our original offer, Mary Ann helped us successfully negotiate the bank down to a lower price. She cultivated our relationship two years, successfully negotiating two separate leases while we were trying to find our dream home.
