Matt Ogden

Matt is the Sales Manager for the Compass Westlake Village and Beverly Hills Offices. He has been a Realtor for over 23 years with an emphasis for the last 10 years in management and agent training. Matt has been President of the Malibu Association of Realtors twice, in 2013 and 2017. He was also voted as Realtor of the Year for the Association in 2013. He has served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors for 7 years and was elected to be Regional Chair in 2020. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The MLS and is the 2023 President. His overall good attitude in life, along with strong ethical values and business sense, provide him a wonderful reputation amongst fellow Realtors and new and repeat clients. Matt was born and raised on Pt. Dume in Malibu. He attended Berkeley Hall School on Mulholland Drive for lower and middle school, Viewpoint High School in Calabasas and received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He lives in Westlake Village with his wife, Alicia and two daughters, Autumn and Callie and when he is not working, he loves to run, cook, watch sports and play with his kids.
