About Morgan

Strategic, thoughtful and highly responsive to client needs, Morgan Eagle knows and understands the many neighborhoods that make up Los Angeles and the opportunities they present for buyers and sellers. He joined Compass in 2018, having long-admired their reputation for building the first modern real estate platform, pairing the industry’s top talent with technology to make the search and sell experience intelligent and seamless. His collaborative spirit, forward-thinking approach and commitment to exceeding even the highest of expectations makes him a natural fit for the Compass team.

Morgan's keen insights to investing have been effective, as is his focused approach to the market. He thrives in real estate because he has been a creative entrepreneur from the age of 6.

After 20 years of graphic design and marketing experience, including web design and collaborations with California's top interior designers and real estate agents as well as UCLA, Morgan brings with him a wealth of marketing knowledge in an era of “tech everything.”

Morgan's design background and knowledge of L.A.'s unique communities have given him the tools to invest and renovate architectural gems throughout Los Angeles, including recent projects in MacArthur Park and USC Figueroa Corridor. Morgan enjoys sharing interior design ideas while strategizing on the best sales and marketing tactics to give his clients their best return on investment. He prides himself on his excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and ability to think ten steps ahead of the competition.

Morgan spent his childhood working alongside his mother, who owned a floral business for over 25 years. His job was to sell flowers from a stand outside the store on Mother's Day, where he beat his mother's goals year after year.

Morgan's love of adventure has led him to live and travel around the world from Brazil to Morocco, and he has lived in more Los Angeles neighborhoods than you can count.

He studied at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax, Nova Scotia and holds a joint international degree in graphic design and digital media from the Universidad de las Americas (UDLA) in Puebla, Mexico.
