About Myles
Myles is a cum laude graduate of Northeastern University, D’Amore-McKim School of Business. From brokerage to private equity/development, he has been establishing a real estate footprint from coast to coast since 2010.
Since moving back from New York, Myles has found a passion in green building and innovative technologies that push the level of sustainability from the status quo. He is always looking for ways to increase the output of a property (happiness/health/productivity) while minimizing the input (energy/resources/space). As the industry moves from the analog to the digital age, Myles believes data driven sustainability analysis is essential to all types of properties in order to move the industry forward and give your property a competitive advantage.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, surfing, and scuba diving. Myles is also a supporter and volunteer at the Promises Foundation which houses homeless women who are recovering alcoholics and addicts as well as providing a safe haven for their children.
