Pam is truly passionate about all aspects of the real estate business. From architecture and design to staging for her listings, she brings a great deal of expertise, energy and commitment to her clients. She will identify great values and facilitate a seamless process from offer to close of escrow. She brings over 20 years of residential real estate experience to her Southern California client base. Pam spent many years personally renovating and selling homes which has provided great insight into the design, stage and sell process. She has many resources to assist clients in renovating their new homes and enjoys sharing innovative ideas to help them prepare their existing properties for sale. Additionally, Pam is a landscape designer and creates California drought tolerant landscapes using native plants and natural materials. She was awarded the 2017 landscape design award bestowed by the Altadena Heritage Advocacy and Preservation. Pam is a versatile, results oriented real estate professional, providing close attention to the needs of her clients whether buying or selling a property. With tenacious follow up, she prides herself on ensuring the best possible service and negotiations. Pam is originally from New York and spent many years in Boston, raising her identical twin sons. She is an advocate for education and spent years serving on the School Board and revitalizing her local Education Foundation. She has spent a great deal of time working with Union Station Homeless Services and The Cancer Support Community of Pasadena. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, is an avid gardener, cyclist, skier and appreciates time spent on the trails in the San Gabriel Mountains.
