His overriding goal is to help his real estate clients find their place in the world. He does this by partnering with them to understand their goals and aspirations and doesn’t rest until he’s helped them find the home of their dreams.
Sal has been active in real estate investing as a sole owner, a fractional owner and as a real estate investment partner for over 30 years and has developed expertise in each of these areas. He believes owning property is one component of a successful retirement plan and that the continually increasing equity is a great way to build a portfolio.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, he held management positions in the hotel/restaurant business for 25 years. During that time he worked in New York City at the Rainbow Room, Tavern on the Green and the Helmsley Hotel, to name a few. He also was the sole proprietor of an Italian cafe on Long Island for 7 years. As a store manager for Trader Joe’s for 17 years, Sal leveraged his strong people skills to create an exceptional customer experience in his store every day. These interpersonal skills come into play every day interacting with his clients and other related parties.
Sal studied at Nassau Community College and Florida International University where he was Captain of the FIU Lacrosse Team. Sal lives in Alamitos Heights and volunteers at his son’s school, on his sports teams and with the Boy Scouts. His hobbies include snow skiing, kayaking, tennis, cooking, golfing, and travel.
