Sandra Coll's introduction to real estate began more than 25 years ago while working at a property management division of the George Elkins Company, a real estate firm in Beverly Hills. Five years later she became a real estate agent and investor utilizing different strategies including long-term rentals, new construction, and remodeling many luxury homes for resale. Sandra gained valuable knowledge of how renovation projects impact the investor’s profits. She is very skilled at uncovering imperfections in homes that buyers utilize to gain a price advantage and will help to mitigate them before listing the property. In this regard, she can be a great resource to buyers and sellers in conveying the scope and cost of the project and ultimately how it impacts the bottom line.
Prior to making Newport Beach her permanent residence, Sandra and her family lived in several beautiful coastal communities including Montecito in Santa Barbara and South Florida. She was attracted to these areas because of her love of the ocean, its active outdoor lifestyle, and sought-after real estate neighborhoods. Sandra’s versatile experience as a real estate agent provided her with a deep understanding of the excitement and challenges of relocating to a new area. She helps clients navigate the complex, detailed, and often overwhelming process of finding the right neighborhood. Sandra knows how emotional and overwhelming buying or selling a home can be, and is patient and empathetic while working diligently in satisfying clients’ financial and lifestyle considerations. Sandra takes pride in representing clients with utmost honesty, integrity, and experience. Her effective strategies, knowledge for selling or buying properties based on market conditions, and negotiating skills has cultivated over 20 years of success as an agent.
Sandra is passionate and dedicated to community service. For many years she has served as a volunteer, founder, committee leader, or fundraiser for non profit organizations, such as the Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and in her children’s school community related activities. She recently became a volunteer at the Alzheimer’s Orange County to raise awareness to a disease that has personally impacted her own family. Sandra serves as a HOA Board member in her Newport Beach community, spearheading a landscape design project. As an avid gardener and landscape designer, Sandra spends a considerable amount of her relaxing time at Roger’s Garden - her "happy place." Sandra's other passion is creating unique fragrances by blending essential oils from around the world for scented candles. Above all else, Sandra enjoys riding bikes with her family and cooking Cuban cuisine for friends.
