"I reached out to Scott to help sell my wife's parents in Hawthorne. The had been lived in since the 1980's with little updating. Scott managed a light rehab process to help get it ready for listing. He did a great job of managing the rehab.
He also did a wonderful job of creating a bidding way to get top dollar. It went about 50K more than expected. A very nice surprise and a testament to his hard work.
Bottom line: I highly recommend Scott. Not only did he do a great job, but he was a pleasure to work.
