About West
West is the co-sales manager of CØMPASS Santa Monica's Main Street Office along with the ever fabulous Denise Freed.

A proud native born Alaskan, West gravitates to LA’s winter, his perfect summer.  West graduated with a BS in communications from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  His previous background was in PR, managing restaurants, modeling + home building and remodeling.  

A Realtor since '93 and an office manager since 1998, he is excited to be part of the coolest real estate company on the planet.  CØMPASS truly is the perfect alliance of technology and customer centric service approach in the industry.  His areas of expertise range from the Westside to the West San Gabriel Valley. 

West has been a state director for the California Association of Realtors since 1999 helping shape and mold the future of Real Estate practice having chaired or vice chaired nearly half of all the associations committees.  He is especially involved with the development and revision of the forms and contracts having served many years on committees reserved for that purpose, including the revision of the last two purchase agreements. 

Additionally, West is very involved with Professional Standards having chaired that committee for CAR and serving on NAR's + charing his local associations Grievance committee for many years.  He currently serves as an Ethics Advocate for his local association assisting the public and fellow realtors make sure NAR’s code of ethics is strictly enforced and that the public as well as fellow Realtors are properly protected.

West's private moments are reserved mostly for cooking with his best half, playing guitar, fitness, reading classic literature, music, vintage movies and he’s always a sucker for a great burger + fries.
