Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Zach began his love for architecture and real estate early on after being exposed to the intricacies of home and building design taught in his high school architecture courses. After graduating from Indiana University, Zach returned home eager to begin a career in real estate. He immediately joined one of the top producing teams at Coldwell Banker where he gained experience and knowledge that translated to better serve his clients. After three educational years, Zach branched off on his own where he has found success selling homes throughout Los Angeles, most numerous in Beverly Hills, the Hollywood Hills, and Holmby Hills. Over the past six years, Zach has become an expert in Beverly Hills real estate, especially in identifying every property that is historically protected and pinpointing off market opportunities that fit his clients’ needs. Zach’s top priority is ensuring his clients have a thorough understanding of the buying and selling process as well as having all available information in order to make an informed and educated decision. He prides himself on upholding trusting and honest relationships with all whom he encounters.
