Prior to joining Compass in 2019, Latife spent eleven years in the Sotheby’s International Realty network, traveling and building relationships with luxury property specialists across the globe. She was ranked in the top 1% of 45,000 agents worldwide with NRT, Sotheby’s International Realty parent company, placing her among the most elite real estate sales associates in the world. Latife continues to maintain and build on those relationships, referring her clients to Sotheby’s International Realty agents when they are wanting to buy or sell internationally.

Latife is detail orientated, analytical and has an innate ability to accurately analyze and advise on market values, trends, and investment opportunities. With an intrinsic understanding of the “art of the deal,” she credits much of her success to the strategic thinking, communication and negotiation skills that she has developed over the last 30 years.

Latife Hayson’s Long and Outstanding Career

At just 20 years old, she purchased her first investment property and went on to become a successful paralegal, specializing in real estate transactions for a large prestigious law firm in Sydney, Australia. Latife gained her superlative listening and communication skills as a television anchor and interviewer. Fine-tuning those skills during her extensive world travels has allowed her to develop an almost intuitive understanding of the needs, goals and lifestyles of her diverse clientele.

Drawing on her television background and extensive relationships in Napa Valley, Latife launched her successful television show and visual podcast “Napa Valley Inside Out” in 2018 – shining a light on Napa Valley’s highly coveted lifestyle.

In 1993 Latife Hayson was awarded the New South Wales Tourism Award for Excellence, for a tourism video she produced that was used by the Sydney Olympic Committee to help win the rights to host the 2000 Olympic Games.

She went on to use her accumulated legal expertise, business acumen, and marketing savvy to form her own international luxury real estate marketing company. Her clients were among the largest, privately owned and publicly listed property development and construction companies throughout Australia and Asia.

Her Passion for Philanthropy

As founder of the New South Wales Caring Kids Australia Trust, a non-governmental organization, which helped kids who care for their disabled parents, and as a significant contributor to medical and educational programs for children in third world countries, Latife has always been focused on infants and children, providing much needed financial support. She is an avid supporter of our Veterans and first responders.
