"We were so fortunate to work with Lea Sloan who helped us navigate the process to becoming first time landlords. As our Realtor, she advised us on how to stage the apt and list it to rent quickly at the right price in our neighborhood. She arranged to have a professional photographer come to the apt to take photos from just the right angles to create an appealing listing that was up in within days of initially contacting her. Not only was she an absolute pleasure to work with so were her colleagues at Compass that even helped us through securing proper background checks and writing up the lease agreement.
In short, she was by our side every step of the way and we were able to find renters within a week of listing the apt! Lea was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding the right renters than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone that is looking to rent an apt, buy or sell a home.

"Lea was a pleasure to work with! She is very dedicated and rented our 2 apartments in Brooklyn very quickly! We chose Compass for their quality listings, Lea was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions throughout the process. She understood our needs and analyzed the market and found us the perfect tenants.
We will work with lea again when our listings become available again, she went above and beyond our expectations when she ended up renting our place during the pandemic, what an accomplishment!" – Stephanie D.
