"Boy, where do I start!? Coming from growing up in the heart of Santa Barbara, CA, where exquisite houses are the norm to Santa Ynez wine country living, and a fiancé from the Northwest, who was completely fixated only on acreage, finding the RIGHT realtor for us seemed unrealistic for what we both wanted.
For about 3 months of house shopping on Zillow and driving to open houses, my fiancé and I finally decided we needed a realtor. We had 2 different relators in 2 months time who were good but didn't meet our busy lifestyle standards and sometimes weren't available when we needed to see a house. We were shopping in a very competitive market and homes just didn't seem to be listed for more than a few days. So, finding the perfect realtor was IMPERATIVE! We continued viewing open houses "realtor-less" until one day we ran in to Lisa! We pulled up to a open house that she was showing. She let us have our privacy, she asked only a few questions that were genuine, and was there to be of help. She was very personable, listened, and her responses did not seem planned or like she was just trying to sell. I almost had butterflies in my stomach... it was my gut feeling telling me she was the one (lol). As my fiancé and I left, I took her card and that's when things really got serious!
She was available! She answered our calls and texts within minutes! She listened to us! She set up showings for us on the weekend and even offered to chauffeur us around! She was available to show on the weekedays! She met us for lunch! She gave her honest opinion!
We could not imagine our house buying experience with anyone else! We love our new home!

As a San Diego native, Lisa has a definite advantage in knowing this beautiful county from the ocean to the desert. She attended SDSU, was employed with the San Diego Zoo & Safari Park for many years and has raised her two sons here. Today her oldest is a wildland firefighter and her youngest is a college student and choral classical crossover singer. She shares her life with her husband equivalent, a lifelong friend and local business owner, Clark as well as our basset hound and two miniature horses.
She is thankful to call Ramona her home. She loves how the hills of Ramona seem to welcome each soul with a warm hug after retreating from the bustle of the city. When her clients are ready to find their new home in a specific price range, offering specific amenities, she knows exactly which area in San Diego county to search and find their perfect new home.
