About Louella
Louella started her career in the call center industry, where she have had serviced US clients for 11
years, from directory assistance to credit card services, healthcare insurance,
telecommunications, and travel agency. From operations, she decided to join the Workforce
department and eventually joined the management team.
Out of curiosity, Louella stepped into the world of Virtual Assistance to be more productive and
spend more time with family. She gained her first experience as a Virtual Assistant in Real Estate
by doing back-office tasks in the Maryland and DC area. Now, Louella's been with Adam, Wendy,
and The reSolve Group as a transaction coordinator for over four years. She loves assisting the
team with their deals and learning with each transaction.
Louella enjoys spending her free time with family, hanging out with friends, and spending long
weekends at the beach, or hiking.
