Luca's strong work ethic and dedication to his job are the building principles on which he built his real estate career.
Originally from Vicenza, Italy, Luca started his New York City career as a property manager for several landlords, managing properties in three of the five boroughs. Through his management experience, Luca developed great customer care skills, as well as real estate and building knowledge. Many of his clients consult with him on a daily basis on different matters such as renovations, construction, tenant screening, rentals, and sales.
Formerly a music producer, Luca owned a record company and co-founded one of the most successful Italian music magazines, Salad Days. As a result, Luca understands the importance of strong communication, marketing, and exposure in developing investments.
Consistently interested and motivated to acquire more knowledge, Luca is always ready to answer and assist his clients' needs: "thanks to my property management background, I have the privilege to look at real estate from all prospectives," Luca says, "I understand landlords' needs, tenants' requests, and investors' dilemmas, and am able to establish an equilibrium that benefits all parties and projects."
