About Luz
After growing up in Santiago, Dominican Republic I moved to New York where I finished my High School education. Shortly after graduating I moved to Connecticut. Fairfield County, CT has been my home for over 17 years. Over that time, I have lived, worked and played in many of the beautiful towns and cities, beaches and parks, schools and libraries throughout lower CT. Without ever having to leave Fairfield County, I was able to attend Sacred Heart University, earn a bachelor’s degree and obtain my MBA. For employment, I worked in finance for Bear Naked in Norwalk and Blue Buffalo in Wilton. Each business was created by Fairfield County residents. After over 12 years working in different Finance roles, I decided to fully dedicate my time to real estate.

I started my career in real estate in 2017 working alongside Bryan Morris, top agent in Fairfield County. After being his client, I fell in love with real estate. I knew it was a career I wanted to pursue. Real estate provides the client connection that I enjoy and allows me to appreciate Fairfield County architecture and ever-changing landscape.

I have been exposed to different price points, neighborhoods and various scenarios. I’m a piece of my mentor’s team The Morris Collection. As part of our team my clients can benefit from over 23 years of experience in real estate.

Regardless of price point or area, at the heart of my business model is always a passion and true care for my clients and an unwavering commitment to exceed their needs and objectives. My first task with every client is asking questions and then just listening. Listening to my clients is a critical skill needed to figure out what they want and need.

Over the course of my career, I have developed valuable working relationships with clients and fellow professionals. One of my career hallmarks, was to be a speaker at the Housing Development Funds. HDF works with first time home buyers and after receiving positive reviews of my work, they asked me to educate future home buyers about the role the real estate agent plays in the buying process.

When I’m not assisting clients or previewing existing or pre-market properties, I can usually be found enjoying the outdoors with my husband and our twin boys. Away from real estate I also enjoy traveling, trying new cuisines and helping friends and family plan events.

I believe in the motto: “It’s not how you get down the river but who you ride with.”
