About Macatee + Wells Team
No one will work harder for you than The Macatee-Wells Team. We strive to be a well-oiled machine of efficiency, expert knowledge, love, and laughter. It is our joy to come in and take what can so often be a stressful and complicated process and make it healing, rejuvenating, and maybe even fun. Each one of our gifts and abilities fit nicely with the next, making our diverse team able to serve every need across the metroplex.
We have deep roots in the Dallas Fort Worth area and have watched it grow from two, quaint smallish Texas towns to a large, buzzing metropolises. Each burrow has a wonderfully unique and diverse vibe and culture--one of the many reasons we love DFW! We are a full-service, white-glove team and handle everything from start to finish with expert care. We vet resources for our clients and they never wonder how hard we are working for them.
The Macatee-Wells Team specializes in apartment leasing, residential leasing, and residential buying and selling. Kelli focuses on Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and Turtle Creek so they are always close to their school-aged children. Courtney focuses on Uptown, East Dallas, and Flower Mound, as well as other burgeoning areas for young professionals. Linda is all over the place. She specializes in the entire metroplex including Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, Turtle Creek, Uptown, Richardson, Plano, Coppell, Carrollton, Flower Mound, Frisco, McKinney, and more. Her many years in commercial land development has taken her all over the metroplex and she has maintained those relationships.
Our ages range from Millennial to Baby Boomer and everything in between. So between the four of us, we’ve got you covered! We’ve bought and sold our own houses, we’ve leased, we’ve lived in apartments and condos, we’ve lived in big houses and small houses.
