Manuel Canchola

Manuel Canchola arrived in New York in 2012 as a music student attending The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. Little did he know that his childhood curiosity for Real Estate and Entrepreneurship would surge during his college years. Upon graduating in 2016 he immediately obtained his Real Estate license and jumped head first into a market that taught him how to properly work and care for his clients. Being a people person really came in handy when it came to working with his first clients in Bushwick. Soon Manuel began working closely with clients in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, East Village, and LES. Manuel learned that in order to be a great agent he must lead his clients through this often tricky and hectic process by being communicative, caring, informative, and by managing expectations. 

 Manuel has extensive experience working in Downtown Manhattan and North Brooklyn with his luxury rental clients. In 2020 Manuel closed his first sale in Park Slope. Representing the sellers during the Pandemic presented obstacles but also a great opportunity for his clients who were looking to start a new life. 

 Manuel delivers a personal touch that leaves clients feeling like longtime friends. He is always looking for new and fun clients to go home shopping with and check out the best restaurants and Jazz Clubs that the city has to offer.
