"I’m an attorney and commonly interact with many different type of professionals in my career . It is my opinion and I make this with great emphasis that Mark Shuster is the most trustworthy, professional, caring, involved , dedicated and talented real estate broker I have ever had the pleasure of having worked with. He always was available for my many questions and repeated requests to see the same property and met me with the same patience and engagement as if we were seeing it for the first time. He possesses a detailed working knowledge of the market, the pros and cons of particular properties, access to resources to help with any purchase and most importantly a non judgmental no pressure approach which gives you the needed ease and confidence when making a decision to purchase your home. The first most important decision you can make before the purchase of your new home is picking the right real estate broker. In my opinion that broker is Mark Shuster."

About Mark
As a full-time real estate broker and member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I have a clear understanding that service, integrity and keen negotiating skills are the keys to successful transactions and client satisfaction.

My job is to make sure that my clients have a complete understanding of the local inventory as well as the potential development possibilities for each property. It’s important to me that my clients are fully informed, properly guided, and reassured every step of the way from contract to closing.

Prior to my career as a real estate agent, I worked for 20 years in the private and public sectors as a Land Planner in the Catskills, Westchester County and the Hamptons and I was a member of the American Planning Association (APA) and certified by American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). My comprehensive understanding of residential and commercial zoning laws, subdivision regulations and environmental regulations allows me to analyze and determine the maximum development potential of any property. This knowledge, coupled with my in-depth familiarity with real estate locally, allows me to anticipate shifts in the market and deliver maximum returns to my clients.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy fishing on the South Shore, going to the beach with my family, and reading historical nonfiction and biographies.
