"Do the right thing." I always keep these simple words in mind in everything I do, because real estate is an inherently human business. As a licensed NJ Realtor my goal is to prioritize the client relationship more than any single transaction, because I'm in this business for the long haul and not just for a commission check. I think this mindset is reflected in the fact that the bulk of my business activity comes from repeat clients and client referrals.
My main objective is to understand my client's goals, needs, and motivations and to do all that is necessary to help them get there. I pride myself on always being responsive and respectful, offering honest and helpful advice, demystifying the often complex process of buying and selling real estate, and fighting for my client's interests.
I also help make the transaction process go seamlessly by connecting my clients with a reliable roster of other real estate professionals, including licensed contractors, lenders, insurance agents, home inspectors, and lawyers, and guiding the transaction along from accepted offer to a successful closing.
I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and go "above and beyond" to ensure my clients get to the closing table and are happy they did.

A bit more about Max:
I'm a happily married father of two living in Northern New Jersey, a proud homeowner, a real estate investor & landlord. I love reading good books, drinking fresh coffee, enjoying the great outdoors, family meals & adventures, photography, bread-baking, and most recently, learning how to play piano.
I work hard for my clients and in my business, but I make it a priority to have dinner with my wife and kids (almost) every evening, to prepare my kids' school lunches and drop them off every morning, and to be present, both mentally and physically, for my family every single day.
I pride myself on being open to learning new things, acquiring new skills, and the ability to adapt and/or change my point of view.
I received my BBA from Baruch College, CUNY and my MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business, with the last semester at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

If you're looking for an agent, seriously don't look further than Max. We were first time homebuyers and went through 5 other agents before landing on Max - our Redfin agent literally never met with us and would send associates to tour in his stead for multiple properties while failing to uncover underlying issues with a property that prevented our close just a week before. Max is a rockstar! I reached out to him after I decided I wanted to buy a two family property in Hudson County. This was going to be my first investment property purchase during a challenging time to be a buyer in the real estate market. Max guided me from the beginning turning my ideas into criteria and filtering out potential properties for me.
