Broward Community College - Associate of Science (A.S.), Fashion Merchandising
Born and raised in South Florida, Kim has extensive knowledge of the Florida real estate market. Kim has a degree in Fashion Merchandising and began her 15-year career in sales management with Macy’s. She grew with Macy’s, then pursued a successful Personal Shopping career where she learned the importance of building a customer base, which taught her how to understand the individual needs and wants of her each of her clients.
Kim then transitioned into the position of Executive Assistant for Macy’s regional Vice President. With this experience, she learned the importance of strong customer service skills.
She then started overseeing her family’s already successful 50-year old business, where she learned how to combine both the supply and demand aspects of running a business with following up and providing excellent customer service to successfully build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
Kim has maintained a successful career in home staging and recently decided to pursue her passion for design. Along with staging, it made sense for Kim to expand her knowledge, which has made for a natural transition into real estate. Kim graciously offers her staging skills, which her clients happily benefit from and in turn result in grateful customers and successful transactions.
