We have never felt pressure by Mike to buy or sell a home. The only pressure is that the housing market in Denver is so good right now that offers need to be submitted quickly. He's very upfront that when you find the place you want that the offer is submitted quickly. It's not pressure from him to get a house bought, but pressure from other offers coming in.
