Michelle is a co-founder and part of The Luxury Collective.  A seasoned salesperson and creative marketer, Michelle Luhan is a name that sellers, buyers, brokers, and developers have come to trust with their real estate transactions. A lover of New York City - who moved here over 30 years ago following a stint in Spain, after years working in her family's restaurant and hospitality business in Italy and California - Michelle brings her arsenal of experiences and sizable network to every transaction. Hailing from Newport Beach, California, Michelle received her master's degree in clinical nutrition and food science from New York University after receiving a BA in marketing.  She is a licensed Registered Dietitian in NY, where she worked for 18 yrs as a medical provider treating cardiac, pulmonary, and diabetic patients, before pursuing her love for real estate.  A speaker of Spanish, French and Italian, she has resided all over Manhattan and moved to Williamsburg, Brooklyn after raising her (now-adult) children and rescue beagle in Tribeca. She enjoys skiing, tennis, collecting art, and travel; one of her favorite pastimes, when not cooking and entertaining, is to ride her bike around various neighborhoods in the city familiarizing herself with new buildings, restaurants, and shops.
