"I have been meaning to write to you since the sale of my home but then again. I suffered an injury to my right hand and needed surgery and I was not able to type or write for the past 2 months so, here is my email to express my gratitude.
Just a note to thank you for your help in selling my home. From the moment I met you to discuss the sale of my home, to the day the closing took place, you were completely professional, and dedicated to my needs and wants. I received a gazette in the mail from you, I usually throw all of the pamphlets, flayers, junk mail straight into my recycling without even reading them, but there was something about your gazette that grabbed my attention, it was something about your picture, your smile, your face that made me feel that you are an honest person and that you were trust worthy. I told my daughter, that a person with such integrity and caring will survive even through the rough real-estate market for years to come and I am confident that she'll be there when I'm ready to sell. Even though I never met you in person, I felt like I knew you well. Your picture with that beautiful, honest smile and your contents in the gazette made me feel like I knew you personally.

"After interviewing several local realtors, we could not have selected anyone that could have been as professional and diligent as Michelle Cohen.
