We had Mike as our Realtor and he was fabulous. We are from MN and couldn't get down there to look at houses in person. He was fabulous as he did virtual tours with us and pointed out things we may or may not like, possible issues, etc. He offered to go to the home before we arrived to have it sprayed for bugs, etc. Our first time seeing the home was after we closed on it.
