Nikolai brings to Compass a unique background with an education in hotel management and a career in general contracting. As a licensed commercial and residential builder, he has a skill set that affords buyers and sellers a competitive advantage with their transactions. His recent work with real estate investment analysis and multifamily acquisitions across the state of Colorado and the American West provide a foundation of knowledge which will add confidence, creativity and value to his clients. He is thoughtful, detail oriented, hard-working, and passionate about growing his development career. He values transparency, authenticity, persistence and a vision for the future.
After ten years living in Aspen, Nikolai is proud to join The Andrew Roberts Team with his sweetheart wife and two energetic young children. Outside of work - he enjoys boating on the lake in northern Michigan, skiing Ajax and fly fishing Colorado’s high alpine lakes.
