A lifelong resident of northern Manhattan, Alex began his real estate career when he joined The Perry Payne/Jeff Dyksterhouse Group as a part-time assistant in 2008, while attending the City College of New York. Since then, Alex has become a licensed agent and junior partner of the group.
His real estate experience, combined with his passion for New York City’s history, politics, cultural institutions and community life, give those that have come to know Alex a high degree of confidence that he will effectively market their properties, and find them the home, that best corresponds with their needs. Alex serves on the board of an influential local political club as well as for an Inwood neighborhood tenants’ rights advocacy coalition, and is the communications director of both organizations. Alex is actively involved in working with local elected officials, leaders and city advocacy groups on issues such as affordable housing, health & environment issues, and, his special fondness, for city parks.
Alex unites the skills and relationships developed through years of real estate experience and as a community organizer to maximize the possibilities for the satisfaction of each client he represents.
