Prior to joining Compass, Alicia honed her marketing and negotiating skills as a marketing executive in the financial services sector. Her 15 years of work with Citibank and American Express had her managing valuable relationships with recognizable brands such as American Airlines, Delta, and Macy’s to deliver effective marketing campaigns. She draws on this experience to develop personalized marketing strategies for each client’s property, targeting the perfect buyers. Alicia also handled a broad range of complex negotiations with advertising agencies and marketing vendors. As an agent, this skill translates to effective management of real estate transactions and exceptional collaboration skills that find solutions for buyers and sellers. Alicia leverages her extensive work experience in online marketing to optimize real estate marketing strategies that engages her audience and ultimately brings results for her clients. With a degree in Journalism, Alicia uses her diligence and investigative skills to leave no stone unturned. Alicia currently lives in the Lower East Side, making this her 5th neighborhood in the city. She has been an active member of her Co-op community since 2001.
