Ethan brings to the team over a decade of experience advising international wealthy families, institutions and family offices within Europe and the Middle East. Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, with extensive overseas travel, Ethan’s diverse international background and fluency in French, English, Hebrew, and Arabic inspired him to develop his wide range of skills and experiences uniquely suited to the New York Real Estate Market.
Prior to real estate, Mr. Assouline held various positions at world class financial institutions such as HSBC, Morgan Stanley and UBS, as well as Gottex Fund Management, a publicly-traded fund-of-fund with over $7 billion in assets under management. He leverages his professional experience in wealth management, investment advisory, and lending to connect clients with real estate opportunities that fits their needs and risk/reward profile.
Ethan’s global banking network, in-depth knowledge of the market and access to capital markets makes him a reliable guide to help client achieve great financial execution on the acquisition and/or disposition of US real estate as well as a suitable partner to secure the ideal financial provider to complete the transaction.
As for Ruthie, she travelled the world extensively while expanding the global presence of her family's international business. Today, she uses the international worldview, entrepreneurial mindset and exclusive network she developed during this period in her real estate work with her diverse international and local clientele.
During her first year in the business, Ruthie sold over $40 million worth of real estate. No stranger to awards and accolades, at Ruthie’s previous firm, she earned the highest status in the company, ranked among the top 10 agents in her office and among the top 1 percent nationwide.
