A results-driven real estate professional of 25 years, Daniel is a seasoned producer, strategic thinker and savvy negotiator with across-the-board experience spanning the big-name commercial to super-luxury residential arenas. Daniel is a native and lifelong resident of New York who always knew real estate was his calling. After attending Pepperdine University and Queens College, he went straight into the field at a major retail real estate brokerage firm. He was ultimately named Managing Director in that firm. Daniel represented some of the largest and most successful retailers and shopping center developers in the world, including Sears Roebuck & Co. He not only successfully designed and incorporated penetration strategies for his clients; he got the most complex deals finished. Before joining Compass, he sat on the board of another prominent brokerage firm and then decided to pursue his longtime passion for luxury residential real estate sales.
