Named the Rising Star for Connecticut in his first year in the business, David wanted more for his career and moved to NYC. He is exceptionally hardworking and patient, two skills which allowed him to become a rental specialist and a wonderful match for first-time buyers very early in his career. The quality and style David brings to real estate are not found in most brokers in New York: he is quiet. Not to be mistaken as timid, however, as his temperament and demeanor allow him to listen attentively to the needs and desires of his clients and work tirelessly to showcase their property or match them to the perfect neighborhood and apartment to call home.
His attentiveness and understanding of the market allow him to respond quickly and accurately offering guidance and support while always remaining calm. He has continued to learn and grow – always seeking ways to creatively and with more passion, service his clients.
David’s meticulous approach to the task of bringing awareness and creating an air of excitement and intrigue around a property help make him a real estate professional that both sellers and buyers love to work with. He quickly became known as an agent you could trust with a particular expertise in view apartments. David works extremely hard at his craft causing one of his repeat clients to express the following:
“David has a gift. He is calm and cool on the surface but he works tirelessly to get the job done. I truly believe David doesn’t sleep so that his clients can. This is exactly what you need in a real estate broker where property moves faster than a NY minute. I am an Architect, and co-owner of a high-end design-build company. Along with my partner, a General Contractor, we brought David on as a salesperson for our firm. It is not because David is super fashionable; it’s because he knows his craft and does it so well!” – Danielle A.
Originally from Connecticut David performed his undergrad studies at Syracuse University before heading back home to attend the University of Sacred Heart. With a background in grant management for non-profit organizations focused on education and employment, he can often be found providing motivational messages to youth and young adults throughout the Tri-State as a highly regarded public speaker. David is also a published author with a love for fashion, theater and being creative in the kitchen.
