As a New York native, Deborah understands the importance of giving back, Deborah takes pride in her position sitting on Mt. Sinai's Women's Auxiliary Board. Another organization close to her heart which she is involved with is the Linkage House/Project, an apartment facility in East Harlem which offers supportive housing for the elderly. Deborah also serves as the Vice President of her own building's Co-op Board, for over 20 years, which offers her an even greater insight into the Co-op Board approval process.

An avid skier and a former competitive tennis player, Deborah is no stranger to discipline and hard work. Residing on the Upper East Side with her family, she takes advantage of running and biking in Central Park. Deborah enjoys live music, visiting galleries and other cultural institutions. Deborah has a penchant for photography and always seems to be working on a creative venture of her own.
