About Denise

Denise’s reputation among her peers for being “uncommonly excellent,” as well as her tenacity to overcome obstacles and deliver proven results, make her a truly effective partner for her clients. Whether working with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, or renters, Denise works tirelessly to ensure successful transactions and outcomes. Her ability to create and execute appropriate strategies reflects her command of the latest trends and industry dynamics. Denise draws on her charismatic personality and razor-sharp wit to help her clients navigate the often-challenging waters of the real estate marketplace – with understanding and a savvy, no-nonsense approach.

Unique to the real estate industry, Denise maintains a very successful bicoastal business model with offices in Los Angeles and New York. Before joining Compass, she consistently ranked in the Top 25 at Keller Williams Beverly Hills, and ranked among the Top 4% of Keller Williams globally. With her dedicated syndicate of seasoned professionals on both coasts, as well as her thorough understanding of both real estate landscapes, Denise is able to seamlessly serve the real estate needs of all her clientele.

Denise maintains memberships in CAR (California Association of Realtors) and BH/GLAAR (Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors), where she proudly services on the Board’s Professional Standards Committee. In addition, Denise is very proud to carry the prestigious NYRS (New York Residential Specialist) designation and is a member in good standing of REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York).

Denise’s philanthropic ventures include a recently recorded album titled “For Good,” all the proceeds of which benefit Sylvia’s Place, an emergency shelter for homeless and runaway LGBTQ youth in NYC. That project, a true labor of love, has raised over $10,000 for the shelter. Above all else, Denise is devoted to her chocolate brown toy poodle “Penelope.”
