Eve DeGrezia has called New York City home for over 25 years, and wants you to be as happy and fulfilled living here as she is.
Eve’s 20 years of experience as a partner in a floral design and event company has sharpened her sense for all things beautiful, as well as the ability to obtain the highest level of client satisfaction. With her keen eye in design she has the gift of seeing things that others may not, and she recognizes that prospective homeowners are diversely different, establishing their own list of “wants”. Eve is dedicated, competent and thorough, paying attention to every detail of the real estate transaction from start to finish.
Eve’s areas of expertise are from Midtown East to the Upper East Side, an area she’s called home for over two decades.
