A specialist in New York real estate for nearly 10 years, Geraldine's passion for property was inspired by her parents who earned degrees in architecture and interior designed for clients from around the world.
Originally from Argentina, Geraldine was raised in Miami, and has lived in vibrant New York City for a decade.
After studying interior design and graduating magna cum laude with a finance degree, she entered the commercial real estate arena. Drawing on her wealth of knowledge and connections, Geraldine seamlessly transitioned to residential sales where she works with a diverse local and global clientele. Her perfect balance of business-mindedness and creativity set her apart as a savvy agent.
Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English, and conversant in Hebrew, Geraldine has an international background that allows her to relate to city dwellers as well as foreign clients, particularly South Americans. She has achieved an extensive record of sales to date, along with a loyal following of buyers and sellers who continually recommend her services.
Geraldine dedicates a substantial amount of time, research and education for each and every client. Whether the transaction involves an $800,000 apartment or a $30 million luxury home, she demonstrates the highest level of expertise and attentive service. Over the years, Geraldine has seamlessly fulfilled the needs of clients buying first homes, investments or pied-a-terre's, to sellers of all property types. She also enjoys a vast network of developers that keeps her in the loop of New York's new construction.
Outside of real estate, Geraldine relishes in family life with her husband, a top-rated financial advisor who hails from Brazil and recently ranked in Forbes' "30 Under 30: Finance," and their young daughter. She lives on Manhattan's Upper East Side, and loves preparing big banquets for family and friends. Geraldine is also a passionate "matchmaker," not just in real estate, but love as well. She recently made two matches.
She and her husband are active supporters and members of the Latin Center, an organization that assists Latin immigrants in New York, as well as Chabbad Young Professionals, a group that organizes informative seminars and networking events for young professionals.
