Ilsa and her husband currently live in the Financial District and hope to buy in the area soon. "I was drawn to the rich history of the neighborhood, from the Dutch settlers to the British to our first President having a beer and talking politics at the local pub. It all happened right here, and now we get to be a part of this area's next renaissance!"
