Prior to partnering with Jim Winters at Compass, Ali worked at The Weitzman Group where he consulted Brooklyn and Manhattan developers on the marketability, feasibility, and pricing of new development projects totaling over $4 Billion. Furthermore, Ali has worked on Wall Street at Oppenheimer & Co. within Investment Banking where he advised municipalities on debt issuance.
A native New Yorker, Ali Raza is intimately familiar with New York's most sought after areas and understands the culture of every neighborhood he operates in.
