Bachelor of Arts from Johnson University and a Master's of Public Administration with a focus on Urban Planning and Economic Development from Old Dominion University.
Joe has a passion for people that thoroughly plays through in real estate. His business is mainly focused on sales and rentals throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, from new developments to discovering fantastic re-sale units for clients.
His tenure in New York has included four years in financial services, where he worked in multiple large institutions in advisory and investor relations. Here, he gained the practical skillsets it takes to work in corporate America, especially in Manhattan. Prior to working in finance, he spent time in multiple nonprofits, and completed his Master’s of Public Administration, focused in Urban and Regional Planning and Economic Development.
The ability to work through a deal comes by developing working relationships; in this regard he shines. Through his time in real estate, Joe has been able to create a base of professional connections to assist the clients in purchasing and selling a home. His drive to close a deal for his clients comes with diligence, tenacity, and patience. By networking his clients with attorneys, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other necessary professionals, he’s created a strong team that will work diligently and around the clock to get the deal closed for the purchaser and seller.
Originally from Southeastern Virginia, Joe has become an avid world traveler. From India to Indiana he loves seeing new places and enjoying the local flavor. On his free time he enjoys working out and exploring New York City with his friends.
