For Jonathan Gaunya, real estate boils down to relationships. In his current role at Compass, Jonathan specializes in residential sales throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. He is a member of Compass's respected Peltz-Zaga Team, which focuses on luxury co-ops and condos, as well as high-end rentals.
Prior to his current role at Compass, Jonathan worked at another major real estate firm selling throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn and before that as the primary showing agent for a top producing broker specializing in Brooklyn townhouses. He has also worked in asset management with a commercial real estate management and investment firm in Massachusetts, where he developed a deep understanding of property management, acquisitions, and market trends.
