"I'll admit... i was NOT happy to have to use an agent to find our next apartment. Kevin completely changed my view after going through renting for a decade... and some time looking for a weekend home/buying one.
At first when we looked, Kevin showed up to meet us Friday evening before Labor Day (given our rough schedules) and was super pleasant/didn't make us feel bad at all. We didn't fall in love with any place we initially looked at, and he assured us we'd keep looking. He isn't pushy and wants you to truly find what you want.
We eventually decided to move forward on one of the places. Kevin continued to be responsive and helped us negotiate both the rent and the start date. He was extremely organized and on top of the process.
Even after the deal was done... he continues to respond quickly and help us with information.
My husband and I will DEFINITELY use him again... and possibly only him. He really earned his fee, made us comfortable and happy with the whole process.
