Kristen Larkin
Kristen Larkin is a native New Yorker who was born and raised in the Windsor Terrace section of Brooklyn where she currently resides. She has been selling and renting New York City real estate since returning to the US in 2007 after several years in Rome, Italy. She brings her international experience, as well as her creative background into her dealings.
Kristen has acted as Sales Director for condo developments in Williamsburg, and Ocean Hill, Brooklyn. She is an expert in New Development and Brownstone sales, specializing in Brownstone Brooklyn, Downtown Manhattan and first-time homebuyers.
Kristen brings a history of record breaking sales and rentals, a positive attitude, and honesty to all of her real estate dealings. She prides herself on taking the time to fully understand, meet and exceed the needs of each and every client.
She enjoys sharing her city and everything that New York City has to offer with new arrivals, and educating clients on the constantly changing market to enable them to act accordingly for a successful transaction.
Ida Miceli
Ida Miceli was born in Calabria Italy. Before moving to New York in 2017, she worked in client relations for a a leading international law firm. Upon arrival in New York, she worked as a licensed tour guide, while at the same time learning and eventually becoming an expert on different neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn. This was the best possible education for her transition into real estate, and what eventually brought her to form KI New York. With a focus on customer service, her goal is to exceed clients’ expectations in the home buying and renting process.
Fluent in Italian, English and Spanish, and after moving from abroad herself, she has plenty to offer international clients, with a unique compassion for their questions and needs. Whether it’s helping them understand the paperwork necessary to rent an apartment, sell a home, or the steps needed to purchase in a co-op, she is able to create a seamless and stress-free experience. At KI, she is in charge of client relations for international buyers and renters, as well as media relations.
