Luisa specializes in residential real estates and rentals in New York, and in conjunction with her Compass partners, in commercial and residential investment acquisitions as well. With a background in Capital Advisory and Corporate Finance for over 30 years, she is highly analytical, financially savvy, detail oriented, and well accustomed to meeting the discerning needs of high-net-worth individuals.
When commencing her professional career, Luisa worked in the corporate finance group at J.P. Morgan focusing on Real Estate, Transportation and Shipping, European Multinationals and International Leasing sectors. She was subsequently a Managing Director and Capital Advisor at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank, responsible for providing credit advice to domestic and international families of substantial wealth, for both personal use and investment real estate properties. Her insightful knowledge, seasoned negotiating skills and expansive network are invaluable to her clients.

Born in Tuscany, Italy and raised in NYC, Luisa holds a BBA degree from Baruch College. She speaks Italian, is married with two children, and has lived on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for three decades. Luisa is a member of REBNY, a volunteer at New York Cares, the Director of Sans Condominium Association, and a Licensed NY State Tax Preparer.
