A former professional hockey player turned top real estate broker, designer, hotelier, restaurateur, and developer, Lyon is a modern real estate Renaissance man. Since launching his real estate career, Lyon has consistently established himself as a market leader, having been named one of “Real Estate’s Rising Stars Under 35” by The Real Deal and achieving many top producer accolades.
As a broker, Lyon has sold everything from the Penthouse at The Park Imperial, condominium developments in Brooklyn, to skyline changing towers in Manhattan. He consistently breaks per-square-foot records, most recently shattering PPSF records at his latest condominium launch at 1399 Park Avenue. Lyon’s sophisticated and informed approach has been shaped by his own experience designing and developing the Architectural Digest-featured Urban Cowboy. His keen understanding of luxury lifestyle and aesthetic tastes help him navigate the market for his buyers, sellers, and developers.
With a Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU, as well as experience in private equity, Lyon prides himself on adding value to virtually any real estate transaction. He is committed to his clients and is passionate about helping them with the purchase or sale of their most valuable asset: their home. Originally hailing from Ohio, Lyon first fell in love with New York during his hockey days and loves seeing New York “inside out on a daily basis.” In his time off, he enjoys exploring the city with his five-year-old son and traveling down to the hotel he owns and operates in Nashville, Tennessee.
