Having grown up outside of Manhattan, Mary Roth has always taken an interest in New York real estate. From a young age, it was clear she was on the path to becoming an agent. "As a kid, I used to scour listings in my free time for fun!" she recalls.
Naturally, her interests led her to the city where she joined a major brokerage firm, and later worked at a real estate auction firm. Now a member of the Eric Brown Team at Compass, Mary puts the roster of skills gained through nearly a decade in the business to work for her clients. With diverse industry experience and a unique perspective, Mary deftly tackles the realm of real estate sales and rentals, earning a sterling reputation along the way. "I'm passionate about really getting to know my clients, learning their likes and dislikes, and being a trusted guide through one of the biggest decisions in their lives," she says.
Mary graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Marketing, where she completed a semester-long internship program in London gaining invaluable international business experience. Currently a Gramercy Park resident, Mary has lived all over Manhattan, including Chelsea, FiDi, Upper East Side and Murray Hill. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a proud supporter of the ASPCA. During her free time, she enjoys horseback riding which taught her the diligence, focus and tenacity she practices in her role as a Compass agent.
