Nile Lundgren joined Compass after serving as the President of a boutique residential real estate firm based in the Flatiron District. Over the course of two years, Nile led the company from one agent to over 20 agents strong with over 200 closed deals. While acting as the President of this firm, he spearheaded the new development marketing of fifty apartments in the East Village.
At Compass, Nile extends his blue chip sales experience in both the luxury and investment sales markets. Considered an expert in the New York City market, Nile features as a weekly panelist on 'Good Morning New York' on Voice America. Nile's approach to the business is tech-forward and caters to both, domestic and international clientele, by offering analytical insight and sound guidance.
A consummate innovator and networker, Nile is a co-founder of the Epoch Club, an investment club of seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs. Nile serves as a board member for Save A Child's Heart, a charity that saves children with congenital heart defects who have almost no chance of surviving to adulthood in their native countries. Nile earned two bachelors degrees from Trinity College in English, creative writing and Hispanic Studies. While at Trinity he studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain where he achieved fluency in Spanish, helping him bring a global perspective to New York City real estate. He is currently studying for his Masters in Real Estate Finance at New York University's Schack Real Estate Institute.
