Paul has enjoyed cultivating cross-sectional real estate experience since entering the industry several years ago. Having worked in his native Ireland as a residential investor, Paul has gone on to establish a firm foothold on the New York residential real estate market - and he is just getting started!
From a commercial residential perspective, Paul's work with leading private equity and developer firms as his client, has seen him re-position pre-War assets, work on their renovation plans, marketing and direct their onwards lease up, or sell-out. In the same sector, Paul's work has also extended to new development, and condo conversions.
In terms of more traditional real estate transactions, Paul has served seasoned buyers and sellers with their property investments through to leasing to international customers, arriving in the City for the first time. His client service, innovation and ultimately levels of performance, earned Paul illustrious awards at his previous brokerage firm and is underpinned by his reputation for being ethical and genuine.
Paul is originally from Ireland, where he attended boarding school and university, he went on to complete an honors degree in Information Management, Social Policy, and Japanese. His background is seasoned and varied, in commodities trading, property development, agri-business development, and design. Having also lived and worked in China and Sweden, Paul's global perspective and business etiquette is both cultured and broad.
A NYC resident for over nine years, Paul lives with his young daughters in Hudson Heights, affording them a little daily escape from the hustle and bustle of the City.
