Jennifer has been in the real estate business for over a decade. With a Masters in Diplomacy and International Relations, and a background in Public Relations for Fashion Photography as well as Executive Director of The Common Good, she felt perfectly poised to succeed in the New York City real estate market.
Jennifer prides herself on her detailed and intimate knowledge of not only the property inventory, but of the culture of the city she grew up in. She has a finger on the pulse of the changing market as well as insight and experience in every neighborhood of Manhattan. Believing that real estate in NYC is one of the best investments one can make, Jennifer owns her own property plus helps family and friends with their investments. A native New Yorker, Jennifer previously lived in Montclair, New Jersey then Chelsea, and currently resides in the vibrant West Village. She loves the sense of community as well as the tree-lined streets and Sam's Deli! Jennifer attended Boston University and John C. Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University. Her favorite hobbies include photography, team sports, and spending time with close friends and her 9-year-old rescue dog, Dylan.
Goldie grew up working in the real estate industry, with her family owning and operating properties across Florida and Boston. After graduating from Boston University, Goldie earned a second degree in Fashion Marketing from FIT in New York City. She then spent many years in fashion and marketing industry perfecting her eye for detail. She ultimately felt the pull to go back to her roots in real estate and brought her skills and her design aesthetic with her. Goldie has worked in real estate on award winning teams for 10 years selling over 150M+. She currently lives in SoHo with her two beautiful children and husband. In her free time she volunteers for many NYC organizations and charities and is very active at her children's school on the Upper West Side.
