Sarah G Lipman has been a licensed broker in Manhattan firms since 2003. Specializing in residential sales and 1031J exchanges, she understands the fast moving ever-fluid real estate market including property location, condo and co-op sales, rentals, development, space planning, renovation and project management.
Sarah helps clients cut through the hype, removes many of the stressors that affect the process and selects properties that are a good fit. She encourages clients to explore different locations and consider various purchasing and rental options. One of her specialties is helping clients focus and establish a list of priorities.
A native New Yorker currently living on Central Park South, Sarah attended The Brearley School and graduated from Loomis Chaffee and Brandeis University. She earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Executive Coaching from the University of Sydney.
